We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Exceptions:

-Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos of the damage for verification purposes.

Incorrect Customization: If we have made a mistake with the customization (e.g., wrong size, color, or design), please notify us within 7 days. We will arrange for a replacement or offer a refund if applicable.
